Welcome to your Future with Hope!
Have a question? We have an answer!
Q. Can I mail a check instead of using a credit card?
A. Yes. Please use the registration link and when you check out, under Payment, use the dropdown box to indicate pay by check. Checks then can be mailed to Future with Hope Women’s Conference, 4201 Wilson Blvd. #110328, Arlington, VA. If you would prefer to register offline, please email us at email@example.com.
Q. Can I get a refund if I don’t attend?
A. We are unable to offer refunds, though you are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else. You may be able to do so via a post on our Facebook page. Since we are limited to 110 attendees and virtually sold out, there may be women who are looking for tickets.
Q. Can I just come Saturday/just come for a particular speaker/just come look around?
A. The Future with Hope women’s conference is an opportunity to build community and learn more about the options ahead for you, and we believe that is best experienced by attending the entire conference. You may decide to attend only parts of the event, but the fee will not be pro-rated.
Q. Do I have to stay at the hotel?
A. No, you do not. However, it is a lovely facility, and many attendees find it more relaxing and conducive to being open to the gifts of the Holy Spirit not to commute.
Q. Is financial assistance available?
A. We’d be happy to talk with your pastor about subsidizing a reduced rate for your parish, as some did last year and are likely to do this year. Please contact us with more details.
Q. What about diet restrictions/physical and other accommodations?
A. We’re here to serve. There are spaces on the registration form to indicate such information or, if you prefer, contact us with more details.
Q. Will there be Mass?
A. Unfortunately, the venue does not lend itself to Mass. We will offer confessions Friday night. St. Philip Catholic Church, less than 1.5 miles away, has a 5:30 p.m. Saturday Vigil. If you’re available the Friday morning of the conference, join Colleen, Melanie, Monica, and Paula there for daily Mass at 9.
Q. I have a question that’s not addressed here. Help!
A. Sure thing! Please contact us.
